RIGHT TO INFORMATION
ACT, 2005 (hereinafter
referred as Act) provide for setting out the practical regime of right to
information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of
public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the
working of every public authority. HSCC (

I. Particulars of
organization, functions & duties
HSCC
(
Main
activities of the company address themselves to all levels of the health system
pyramid and encompass conceptual studies, health care facilities design,
project management, procurement and supply, logistics and installation,
commissioning and skill enhancement through training and re-training.
II. Powers and duties of Officers and employees
HSCC is registered
under the Companies Act, 1956 and operates as a commercial organization under
the administrative control of the Union Ministry of Health & Family
Welfare. The powers of company officials have been defined in the “Delegation
of Powers”. The duties are assigned from time to time.

Officials/Committees and is open to checks and balances through regular audit
of systems as applicable to PSUs.
